  Belanger Septic Service did an excellent job pumping my septic! The team was fast, friendly, and very professional from start to finish. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and made the whole process quick and hassle-free. It’s great to work with a company that truly values customer service. Highly recommend!

  Had them a few different times over the years pump out my septic tank. Did a great job and they did it right away.. office staff and drivers were very friendly and professional!!

  Huge thank you the Belanger Septic Service! Naomi in the office was great and went above and beyond getting me scheduled for the same day i called. The guy in the field (i believe his name is Austin) was awesome as well. Thank you again!!

  Naomi in their office is a DRILL SERGEANT. You will make payment her way because she is in charge. Be prepared to sign a blank check and pay without getting an invoice. It's her way or the highway. It's too bad, because the guys that did the actual service were very knowledgeable and sweet. First, you have to give her your credit card or your checking account information to schedule an appointment. I thought it was just for security purposes. Nope, she processes an electronic charge immediately into your bank acount. No invoice or signed proposal. They won't allow the driver to give you an invoice or collect payment the traditional way. Belanger's used to have a great reputation. They have changed. I hope they give this gal some training or get someone that knows how to treat customers with respect.

  I really appreciate the quick response when I called Belanger for service. Most importantly, the honesty of the gentleman Larry, who was on duty that day!!! I thought that my septic tank was overdue for pumping, but once looked at by Larry, he told me that I still have a couple more years or so before it needs to be serviced (he could have taken advantage and charged me $700 for unnecessary service). Larry thoroughly looked at what's going on and explained to me the reason for the clogged pipe leading to the septic tank. He took care of the problem in less than 30 minutes and sealed everything back to normal!! I really appreciate people who are genuinely there to help you resolve your problem and never try to take advantage of your situation,instead. I highly recommend Belenger to service your septics. Thank you very much, Larry and Belanger Team!!
