  I contacted 5 handyman services and only Ace returned my call- and I’m glad they did. The quote was fair and ended well under the original amount because the estimated materials used was less. Our handyman was Bernie- he did an excellent job and was very pleasant to work with. I will only call Ace and request Bernie the next time I need handyman services. Definitely 5 stars

  In just two hours Philip repaired several maintenance problems on my old cottage. He called me about the repairs and arrived on time. The scheduled repairs were done quickly and professionally.

  To Whomever this may concern, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the drywall work that was performed in my home. I have called the Ace Handyman Sevices number left a message and have had to return calls. The quality of the work is unacceptable, and the room remains unfinished. Throughout the project, there were excessive breaks and time spent smoking, resulting in poor use of the time I was paying for. The work did not progress in a professional or efficient manner. Since the work was completed, I had another contractor inspect the room. I was informed that the drywall has not been finished properly and still requires priming and additional work before it is ready for the next stage. This confirms that the job was not completed to an acceptable standard. While I am willing to pay for the value of the services that were actually provided, I am not willing to pay the full amount being charged for incomplete and unsatisfactory work. I believe the invoice should be adjusted to reflect the unfinished work and the quality of the services performed. I hope we can resolve this matter fairly and promptly. Please contact me to discuss an appropriate adjustment to the amount owe.

  Phillip did an outstanding job! He installed our garbage disposal and completed the plumbing for our master bathroom sinks. Everything was done quickly and with excellent workmanship he arrived on time, kept me informed throughout the process, it was very professional from the start to finish.
