Brad arrived earlier than expected, completed the service and provided a thorough explanation of the system state, potential risks, countermeasures and budgetary costs.   I would give 10 stars if I could. Professional, helpful, friendly, respectful, I could go on and on. Very reasonable prices. I live in southern Washtenaw County and have been using Ann Arbor area septic cleaners. Brad's Septic came up from Temperance with no problem and customer service helped me with requirements for Washtenaw County paperwork. Highly recommend.

  This is the best company for this service I could ask for. Very professional and courteous! I had questions in general about how everything works and what to look out for and he took the time to explain everything about how it all works and what could be done given any circumstances.   Thank you Brad's Septic Service! They went above and beyond what was needed and completed the job in a timely manner. Brad took extra time to discuss my options in great detail. His crews were very courteous and professional. They explained the various steps as the work progressed and even incorporated performance enhancements that my old septic system was lacking. GREAT JOB GUYS! Highly recommend!!!

  We had a septic tank backup, of course it happened on a Sunday. Our laundry room, bathroom flooded. I was frantic. I called Brad and the first thing he did was calm me down from panic mode. Then he came over immediately and began to work . He was able to figure out the issue. He cleared the line and cleaned the tank along with other remedies, so that at least for the night we could use the water. He worked well into the night. Then first thing Monday morning he and his crew were there to replace a damaged Pipe from tree roots. They did a fantastic job, their professional work, polite , caring and attention to detail made all the difference. He and his crew took our bad situation and made it good again, like something bad had never happened in the first place. I am very grateful, I will always use them in the future. its really rare to fine a company that not only cares about their customers but delivers on their promises
