  Johnny was referred to us by a friend. He quickly returned our call and sheduled a time to look at our rental home chimney that was in need of repair. We received a reasonable quote. His communications via phone and text were very efficient. The repair was completed in a couple days and he even sent us a rooftop photo once the job was complete! Highly recommend Johnny for chimney repair! Thanks, Johnny!

  Anybody out there looking to have chimney repair work done, I would highly advise not to have best chimney and roofing company do your work! They ripped me off for $800 of chimney repair work. The owner Jerry told me several times that he was going to have somebody come out and fix the job complete this never happened. He would talk to me on several occasions and tell me he was going to have the job fixed correctly and just gave me a song and dance every time. These people will deceive you, take your money, and never fix the fix the job correctly. In addition, they charge you top dollar to virtually do nothing. Beware of these people and this business and don't be deceived I highly recommend not hiring best chimney to do your work they are a complete rip-off!! Like I said, do not use this best chimney unless you want to be ripped off for your dollars!! The service technicians who ripped me off were named frank, and Sam. Sam drives with Frank and they drive a little blue pickup truck. Best chimney off of Pelham road is the worst chimney service I ever encountered in my life I highly recommend you not use them!! Again I must say, the owner told me he was going to have somebody come out several times and like I said gave me a song and dance every time but no one ever came out to fix the job and I was lost out on $800 dollars! They advertise in magazines all the time. They should really change their name to best ripoff chimney!!

  BEST Chimney is the WORST. Chasing them for 2 weeks to get the work done then they call and want more money. Not a female friendly business. Think twice before doing business with the WORST Chimney company. Trying to support local business did not work for me.

  Terrible, unresponsive customer service!!!! Do not recommend this company!!! We have tried, several times, to get in touch with this company for work that was completed in October 2024. This work is believed to be failing but cannot get any type of response from messages left with their answering service or email sent. Our next step will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

  They did an excellent job repairing my parents’ chimney. Fast, professional, and very respectful. Everything looks great and works perfectly now—definitely recommend!
