  Town & Country has been at the top of our list of best home repair contractors for the last 15 years. Recent service by Justin was another example. One of the panels on our garage door was warped, causing significant problems with the door opening and closing. Justin took care of that problem, reviewed the entire system and took time to answer my questions about future operations and maintenance. We will definitely use T & C in the future and recommend them to others.

  Justin Brown from Town & Country was excellent, and refreshingly honest. Other companies stated that they needed to replace the whole garage unit and wanted to charge me over $1500 dollars. I asked previous technicians why they couldn’t just replace the broken piece, and they said it wasn’t possible. They told me the whole unit needed to be replaced. Justin only charged us $465.80 dollars. Our garage works perfectly now. Give this man a freaking raise!!!!

  T & C Door techs Justin & Jaedyn knocked it outta' the park! I needed my garage door taken down for some trim work, and they were gracious enough to come out with under 48 hours' notice. Then, they managed to come back out a few days later - with little notice - to put the door back up (and willing to work around the trim guys!). They were willing to install some replacement door rollers I bought on Amazon, and realigned the door so that it was more centered. They saved their best work for last: the trim guys put new boards up that were wider than the ones they replaced. When Justin showed me the situation, my heart sunk. Luckily, Justin had dealt with this exact situation many times, had me go to the lumber yard to pick up a few boards, and went to lunch. Within an hour of returning from lunch, he & Jaedyn had the new boards in place, the rails were up, and the garage door was perfectly in place. Town & Country's office folks were also top-notch: I had to schedule their techs around the trim contractors, and they really went out of their way to help me out. There aren't many companies out there willing to work under such time constraints, but they handled it with aplomb. There aren't many companies out there with such quality hard-working people in the field and the office. Town & Country Door is certainly one of them.

  Town and Country Door technician, Justin , did an excellent job. Response time, was excellent. great customer service skills and great job repairing my broken springs.
