  We had a pretty simple job, take down a light fixture and replace it with a ceiling fan. Ivan was wonderful. He arrived on time and we left him to do his job. When he was done he showed us how the remote worked and even took the old fixture, the box from the fan, and ALL those crazy little styrofoam pieces from the packaging with him! (They are the worst to break down without making a mess! It's the little things. 😁) Prime Quality Electric lives us to its name. They did a lot of work for us when we updated our last home and we will certainly use them again in the future for any of our electrical needs.

  From the quote through the actual work they were timely, professional and pleasant to work with. Charles was the electrician who worked on replacing our outdated electric panel. Very professional and a pleasure to have around. Jeff was the person who we interfaced with in the office. Also great to work with.

  First time I called them I got a little long-haired man. Don't know his name. He was excellent! Apparently I had a bad ground somewhere. He identified, found and fixed the problem in a little less than 45 minutes. The second time I called them they sent me a kid who didn't know how to do anything. He was very confused and had no tools. We had to call the office a couple times. They said they would send someone else. The manager called me later. Said they would send somebody else. No one ever came. Little long-haired man you rock! Five stars for the little long haired guy. Two stars for the company, Find more little long haired guys.
