With all the positive reviews you would think everything would be perfect. We just spent $12,000 with them for new countertops. Everything looked good until we noticed 3 lines on each side of our island that runs 10 feet. I’ve talked to Robert our salesman about it and he guaranteed me that they take care of it. My wife has sent at least 2 emails and no response. The lines are hard to photograph but you can definitely see them when looking at the countertops I can’t for the life of me why I keep getting Ghosted. Terrible response after they’ve got your money. Just hope you don’t get the same result.

Had our kitchen counters done by this company on 5/4/26. Don’t remember the installers names. 1 seam in the counters does not look good. The kitchen island slab is damaged. There are 3 1” lines the whole length of the counter on the left and the right side. Appear to be some kind of fabrication issue. After the installers left the counters were dirty so I cleaned them with dawn dish soap as they suggested. That’s when we noticed the lines. Called them and left 2 messages. No reply. 3rd time I called rob said they will fix it. Still no calls or emails from anybody. My husband stopped in and talked to rob and rob said somebody would call. 10 days later after more emails….nothing. The job cost $ 11,510.00. Today I’m starting the process to dispute the charges on my credit card. Garbage company! The best part is they never gave me a receipt when they left.

Working with Shelby at Tile and Stone Works was an awesome experience. She was incredibly personable, easy to talk to, and really took the time to understand the style and look we were going for. Shelby came up with a lot of great ideas and helped us explore both high-end selections and more budget-friendly options without ever making us feel pressured either way. Her knowledge, creativity, and attention to detail made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. We’re extremely happy with how everything turned out and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for quality work and great customer service!!

Branden – I cannot thank you and the staff that has coordinated the install of the granite. Their skills greatly showed. Radu was very helpful with tips and assistance for our questions. I was not home for installation, but when I did get home I could not believe how BEAUTIFUL it was. The edge so clean & simple, each piece fit like a glove, AMAZING! Thank you very much for information and assistance. Please thank everyone for what they do every day! Much appreciated, Lisa Sherman

Six years ago, Tile & Stone Works installed our quartz countertop and undermount sink, and we loved the result. Recently I noticed the sink felt loose and discovered it had been mounted with the wrong hardware. I gave them a call, and they sent their service manager Dave out to take a look. Dave was friendly, professional, and genuinely great to work with. He assessed the situation, grabbed the right tools from his van, and had everything properly fixed in about an hour. No charge, no fuss, just a company doing the right thing. That kind of integrity means everything. Five stars!
