  I highly recommend McQuade for your heating & cooling needs. From the initial visit for helping us find a solution to increasing cooling to an upstairs bedroom & at that visit noticed our hot water tank was leaking quite a bit & in need of immediate attention. They delivered & installed that very afternoon! They did an excellent job with solving our cooling problem. They are reasonable in pricing for their services & all the guys went the extra mile with no hesitation to make sure things were right & we were satisfied. L Grotts

  We decided to upgrade to a tankless water heater recently. We got multiple quotes from companies and McQuade came in at a very reasonable price and was thorough including upgrading our gas line. They were able to get in the same week. Friday Dave and Matt came and installed our new tankless system. That night and the next morning we had a faint smell of gas. We called McQuade and they sent their techs back immediately. They reassured us it wasn’t not harmful and immediately fixed it. I am now super happy I can take a long hot shower! Little things that McQuade did that we noticed 1. They left a cute little goodie bag of small things 2. They put a mat down on our stairs even though they were not in the best shape as is 3. They shut the door every time they went in and out (which we have had an issue with other companies before as we have cats) 4. They were not only on time, they were slightly early even 5. They took is very seriously when we called even though it was a Saturday Will 100% use again for yearly maintenance and for any other future needs

  I have been a customer of McQuade Heating & Cooling for the past several years. They have installed a new furnace and water heater in two of my homes, and air conditioners in all three of my homes. The quality of their work is exceptional and whenever an inspector comes out they always say "Oh, McQuade installed this, they do great work." As a single female homeowner, it gives me piece of mind knowing I can trust them to be honest, reliable and professional. Every employee I have dealt with from customer service, sales, and service technicians has always been courteous, patient with all my questions and respectful of my home. I highly recommend McQuade Heating & Cooling, Plumbing & Refrigeration for their excellent workmanship and outstanding customer service.

  We have been doing business with Mcquade for almost 15 years at our home, mostly HVAC biannual services. For the past three years they have been servicing the 2 roof top units at our church. The technicians are well trained and know their stuff. They are very personable and answer all my questions. They explain everything that is being done and make helpful suggestions. The office staff is great. I would recommend this company without hesitation.
