  Geno , owner of Brick Heads, was very professional, fair and detailed in his estimate for our job. The two workmen who repaired the brick pavers on our porch and walkway were terrific. They worked diligently all day, finishing the job in one day as promised. If any company deserves 5 Stars it is this one.

  Geno was true to his word. His work crew was prompt, professional, and did outstanding work. My newly replaced Garden and Wing wall(s) bricks with Limestone caps on the garden walls and tuck points on the side of house looks amazing. Would definitely recommend Brickheads Masonry & Concrete Specialist!

  Brickhead Masonry did an excellent job on my porch and steps. From the estimate to final cleanup, their professionalism, communication, and workmanship were excellent. Gino clearly explained the process and provided a detailed quote, Natalie kept communication flowing, and the install team, led by Andres, worked diligently and delivered results that exceeded my expectations. I will not hesitate to hire this team of pros for future needs and recommend them to others!

  This is a rare zero star review from our family. Gino came out in 2023 and agreed to replace 10 limestone window sills for $14,000. We paid him $7,000 down and Brickheads took out 9 sills (1 had already been removed). And then...nothing. When we followed up about completion of the work, Gino claimed he had been in a car accident. We believed him and waited for a long time. When we followed up again, he claimed he had been in a second car accident. Whether true or not, the fact is that in 2023 Gino left 10 holes in our home and as of 2026 Brickheads has refused to either refund the money or complete work. We have noticed, however, that despite claims that they cannot work due to car accidents, there have been many positive Google reviews of jobs Brickheads has apparently continued to take on and complete. Be very, very wary. We liked and trusted Gino when we met him. We were wrong.

  Geno was very thorough when he did our estimate. Unlike the other two companies I had quote the job, Geno climbed up on the roof and got nose to nose with the chimney. He gave us detailed analysis and close up pictures of the wear and damage. He then provided a complete and professional bid that explained all work and costs. His crew arrived on time and did a fantastic job! They stopped to consult with me on some of the cosmetic details, and went above and beyond when they found additional damaged bricks, (at no additional cost). They were finished that day, and cleaned up all construction debris. Excellent experience all the way around. Thank you Geno and Brick Heads!! John from Rochester
