  I used AI to choose three qualified contractors, and Brick by Brick was one of them. Each contractor came out to review my project, and I received three quotes; Brick by Brick provided the middle price. They were the only company to identify the root cause as brick lintel failure. I validated this claim by having an independent structural engineer review my brick issues, and he concurred with the findings from Brick by Brick. Brick by Brick personnel did a great job.

  We had been dealing with a water leak from our chimney sadly for about 14 years. Geno came out, fully explained every step in the process and then put it in writing the exact same way. Pricing was fair. His team did a great job following the detailed plan he laid out in writing. They did find cracks on both sides of the chimney base that went down about 4 feet on each side. We went to sleep last night with complete piece of mind. We had two other quotes, one that was providing a band-aid solution (so not actually repairing the leak) of course much cheaper. We had another quote seemed like the same that Brick by Brick accomplished but significantly higher price. My wife read all the reviews prior to Geno coming out so choosing his company to do the work was an easy decision. Jeff W
