  We hired them to rebuild our crumbling front steps. They gave us three options at different price points, and once we decided were prompt and professional in completing the job. There was one very minor aspect of the job that wasn't quite right, and they were out within a couple of days to fix it. I give them very high marks

  I highly recommend Brick By Brick. This is the second time I have contracted them and again I am very satisfied with the work done. This time they poured new front steps, rebuilt the brick on my front porch, rebuilt my chimney top courses, replaced the top liner sections, and put a new chimney cap on. All the work was done as quoted and in a timely manner. All team members I was in contact with were friendly and professional. Overall a good experience and I would hire them again!

  We truly cannot say enough good things about Geno, Natalie, and the entire team at Brick by Brick. From the very beginning, the communication and professionalism stood out. After I first reached out, Natalie responded quickly and was incredible from start to finish. She kept us updated throughout the entire process, answered questions promptly, and genuinely made us feel like our concerns mattered. We had been dealing with ongoing issues from a previous contractor and were frustrated trying to find the actual source of a leak. Geno went above and beyond to not only identify the real problem, but to make sure it was solved the right way. He was honest, knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. You could tell he genuinely cared about doing quality work and making sure we were comfortable every step of the way. What impressed us most was the communication and follow-through from everyone involved. Geno and the crew constantly kept us updated throughout the project, and even after the work was completed they continued to follow up to make sure we were completely satisfied. That level of care and accountability is rare to find today. Brick by Brick truly stands behind their work, and it shows. Great company, great people, and excellent craftsmanship. We are beyond thankful for their help and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy, high-quality work.
