★★★★★ Dryline LLC — Larry and his crew are the best in the business I can't say enough good things about Larry and the team at Dryline LLC. They handled the basement waterproofing on our home in Grosse Pointe Farms, and from start to finish the experience was first class. What stood out most was Larry himself. He was honest and straightforward every step of the way — no upsells, no scare tactics, no vague answers. He clearly knows the process inside and out and took the time to explain exactly what the job required and why. When someone understands their craft that well and is willing to walk you through it in plain language, you know you're in good hands. That kind of trust is rare, and it's the reason I'd hire him again without hesitation. The work itself was thorough and done the right way. Rather than cutting corners, Larry dug down to the foundation all the way around the house, removed and replaced all the old drain tile, tarred the walls, and backfilled with pea gravel. That's the proper approach — the one that actually solves the problem instead of just covering it up — and it's exactly what you want when you're protecting your home from water. He didn't just treat the symptom; he addressed the cause. On top of the waterproofing, Larry also poured a beautiful new garage floor complete with a drain. The finished result looks fantastic and functions perfectly. It's the kind of detail work that shows real pride in the craft. His crew deserves just as much praise. They were friendly, courteous, and extremely professional throughout the entire project. They showed up ready to work, kept the site clean, and treated our property with respect. You could tell this is a team that takes pride in what they do and genuinely enjoys doing it well. If you have any waterproofing, roof, or cement work that needs to be done, do yourself a favor and call Larry at Dryline LLC. He's knowledgeable, honest, dependable, and backs it all up with quality workmanship. Simply put, he's the best in the business, and I highly recommend him to anyone in the area. Thank you, Larry and crew — outstanding job all around!

Larry, Nate and their crew were fantastic! They helped me with a few large projects and were super friendly, professional and very respectful of my home. Always on time, always cleaned up the worksite when finished for the day and always kept me updated throughout the entire project with any changes or issues. Any issues with water leaks or damage, Dryline can help you solve. Excellent work at a fair price. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

I recently had Larry over to inspect a leak in my basement, and I couldn't be more impressed with his service. Even though the task turned out to be much smaller than the specialized projects he typically handles, he stayed to ensure I was taken care of. He took the time to walk me through the issue and shared clear, helpful advice on how to resolve it. It is rare to find someone so willing to offer their expertise and guidance without a major project on the line. Larry was truly amazing, and his professionalism left a lasting impression. I will definitely be calling him back in the future for a larger, permanent fix with my leak. HIGHLY recommend him and his team.

To bad the stars only go to 5, because they deserve more. People might wonder why Dryline LLC has no negative reviews. I can tell you between my house and the rental I deal with, I have worked with a lot of companies. Plumbers, electricians, roofers, siding, concrete contractors. But I can not say enough about, Larry and his crew. They are the nicest group I've ever dealt with. They work hard, and they work as a team. The first time I met Larry when he came to quote my basement waterproofing, he was supposed to show up at 10:00, he pulled in my driveway at 9:59. How's that for promp? He's honest, straight forward, and doesn't beat around the bush with your questions or his pricing. He even fixed an unexpected broken pipe, which wasn't part of the original job. He doesn't pressure sell. I would recommend DRYLINE to anyone looking to have their basement waterproofed. You won't be sorry. Thank you Larry and your crew.

Common signs include water in your basement, musty odors, cracked or bowing walls, and mold growth. These issues often indicate moisture intrusion or structural damage that requires professional waterproofing or foundation repair to prevent further deterioration and protect your home.

How does basement waterproofing work to protect my home?

Basement waterproofing involves identifying the source of water intrusion, repairing structural damage, and installing interior or exterior drainage systems to keep water out.
