  I had an issue with my sub pump. I called and they came out within the day and replaced it. Respectful, clean, and good communication. Plumbing is expensive but price was fair IMO. Would use service again.

  I hired this company to fix a small leak, but they failed to complete the job properly. To make matters worse, they charged me an exorbitant amount without providing any upfront estimate or disclosure of costs. Just a few hours after the technician left, the leak returned. When I contacted their office, they insisted on charging me again to fix the same issue—one they should have resolved correctly the first time. Frustrated, I called another company, and they completed the repair properly for about 25% of what the first company overcharged me. Terrible service and dishonest pricing—I would not recommend them to anyone.

  I have used City Plumbing and Heating on multiple occasions. They are complete professionals. Today Andrew made a service call on our tankless hot water heater. He spent the time to understand them problem and remedy it. I highly recommend them.

  Charging extra during the Pandemic !!! Go elsewhere Where they will charge you regular rate.

  Great service! Love this business
