  Quoted me $1700 for 4lbs of refrigerant and sealant. When market rate for 410a is 125-150. They clearly take advantage of people when it’s hot.

  Mr. Lewis was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I just moved into my home and needed to know how to maintain my central air conditioner. He shared detailed information about every question I had as a new homeowner. I am confident about using the services of Mr. Furnace in the future.

  We have used Mr. Furnace for years. They are usually courteous and prompt with their service times and return calls. A couple of years ago we had an a/c and furnace installed by them. Within the first year the furnace had problems, they came and fixed it right away. We have had issues with our a/c since it has been installed last year they came and serviced it so that it would work but not completely fixed. This year we have the same problem and can’t seem to get them to come and finish servicing the unit. We’re getting the run around about someone coming out. It’s like, they teamed up to offer more services with that plumbing company but only if the service needed is worth their time. I can’t believe how much they’ve changed. So terribly disappointed in this treatment by them. I hope the people I referred to them aren’t getting the same treatment. I understand the work we need done is warranty work but we still don’t deserve to be put on the back burner until our unit completely stalls out on us. Truly disappointing; just when I thought one small company still cared about their customer service. Our recent technician Adib was very informative and that was appreciated. UPDATE: They did call to say they would finally come out tomorrow but after 2 missed show-ups we have decided to go elsewhere. I appreciate your reply. Best Regards.

  This company was just taken over by Cregger Plumbing Heating and Cooling. I had an appointment between the hours of 8:30-1. Around 1:30 I received a VM saying my appointment was 8:30-2, they were running behind and wouldn’t be there until 2:30. At 3 I called back because nobody showed up yet. Got an AI Bot that eventually transferred me to a human who then said I would be hearing from the technician assigned. Almost immediately I received a Bot Text saying the tech would be there sometime after 4! This never happened with Mr Furnace, they had very nice customer service women. Luckily Chad came around 3:45 and he’s been here before so I knew I was in good hands, however I was not happy with the price at all. Whatever you do, DO NOT BUY THE MAINTENANCE PLAN BECAUSE ITS A RIP OFF!! Chad is an excellent technician though so I’m thankful he was the one who came today.
