I had a main shut off valve replaced to the house. The technician was on time, knowledgeable and efficient. Hats off to my tech Chase. He did an excellent job. Highly recommend him and the company. Thanks again.

COPY THAT ROGER! I am BEYOND happy! I’ve never left a Google review before…that’s how happy I am. This dude Caleb went in my crawl space like it was nothing; (photos attached) to find the water meter.. turns out it was in my house, easily accessible.. anyway, dude changed out the guts in my toilet and changed the valve below within 20 minutes. Caleb is a legend. This is my 4th time using Superior Comfort, and I can confidently say I will continue to use them for all of my household needs. COPY!

Was charged 900.00 to install a bathroom sink and faucet, that I bought. I was told that the job was going to take at least 5 hours. It took 2. When I question Marcus he said that the original work order was for “ anticipated problems” that didn’t happen, so he took 200 off the original quote of 1100,00. That’s 450.00 dollars an hour! Spoke to owner and he said maybe they could get a discount on a generac I was going to have them install. MAYBE- I cancelled appointment .

Called on a Sunday, since my water heater tank ruptured Saturday night. Got an appointment setup for Monday, via a AI agent. Monday a human rep called to confirm (which was good because the AI agent booked only an inspection, not a replacement), the tech showed up on time and got to work. At one point the tech had asked if I had a plunger, since more water had drained from the tank, and it started to flood my basement again. Thankfully I still had a pump and we used that. Then another tech showed up and they were able to continue to get my water heater tank replaced. They took time after the job to clean up as well, which I appreciated.

My kitchen sink was draining slowly, then stopped completely. Cody Schaffier went over and BEYOND a normal service call. He just wouldn’t give up even though two attempts to ‘snake’ didn’t seem to work. His experience and willingness to try multiple maneuvers finally paid off and cleared the issue. My water is draining faster than I’ve ever experienced in this old home. Cody’s professional attitude and respect while explaining what he was doing in simple terms I could understand, in addition to treating me like, I’m sure, he would treat a member of his own family. He had impressed me on a previous toilet shutoff replacement issue months ago, but this was absolutely exceptional customer service. In the future, I will insist on Cody Schaffier as my technician of choice, even if I have to wait for his schedule to clear.
