  Very friendly and seemed knowledgeable. However, after replacing shower faucet cartridge, he didn’t check shower for hot water. We had to call the company to request his return to adjust faucet when we were able to get barely warm water out of the shower. He did come back and make the necessary adjustment. All is good at this time.

  We cannot recommend Shaun enough! 🇬🇧🔧 From the moment he arrived, he was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. Our plumbing ended up having a few more problems than we thought, but he tackled every issue quickly, figured out what was going on, and got everything fixed! What really stood out to me was how he communicated throughout the entire process. He explained every step to me as the customer, made sure I understood what was happening (since my husband was not home!) and kept me informed before moving forward. That kind of honesty and communication is hard to find these days! He went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right, not just quickly. We are so thankful for his hard work and dedication. If you need a plumber, I highly recommend him! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you for taking such great care of us and our plumbing! 🔧👏

  First, they were in time and actually they had an opening and got in earlier than originally planned. Ignacio was fantastic, he had a great suggestion that would minimize cutting into the new cabinets I’m getting installed and making future servicing of the pipe easier and replacing existing pipe that is more corrosive resistant. Very halpy

  Caleb as well as the whole company was awesome! I had an emergency home alone with my baby and they were able to squeeze me in same day to fix the problem. Caleb was respectful, insightful,very professional and thorough with his inspection and diagnosis.... Not to mention the whole thing was super affordable. I will be recommending them to anyone who asks!
