  They lost out on a 10k job we need done. They came out twice. Didn't watch the camera video we gave them, wouldn't go in the basement to look at the drain that was backing up, generally didn't comprehend the issue. We spent all yesterday talking to the people who answer the phones, they didnt communicate anything to the technicians. Two plumbers came out today and one realized he didnt need to come and had wasted his time because his own team didn't communicate with him.

  Terrible customer service. Our basement flooded today, and we’ve been playing phone tag with this company for hours. Any time they would give us a time frame that someone would be here, we would have to call them. Anytime they’d call us vs us calling them we would get different information. On one of our last calls they said it would going to be pushed back again, I asked if someone would be for surely able to come out tonight? She asked if I wanted to reschedule-it was as if she wanted to avoid answering. I had to spell it out-“what time does your team work til?” She said 9pm…it was 9:23 at this point. I asked if someone would be coming out immediately after their last job tonight and she said as soon as they can. In the meantime we receive another call saying they have an after hours guy who starts at 9 who will be able to come out. Once again we received ANOTHER call this time saying they can’t come. We expressed multiple times we understand waiting but we would have hired another company to come out if they would have been explicit about having a deadline of 9.

  I was quoted one price, and even after I verified the quote before the work began, I was told 30 minutes into the job that I needed to pay more. The technician showed a lack of professionalism and a poor understanding of the original quote. What a waste of time.

  Andy and his team showed up at my house after me calling another company out that quoted me at $16,000 worth of work because of a cracked crock😡. His company did it for half of the price 😊. They were very professional polite and explained everything that His company would do it to fix the problem. They finished the work in four hours and went above and beyond and everything about this whole entire process. I highly recommend this company to anybody that needs any plumbing or any other needs that their company offers.!

  Do not trust this company for emergencies or mobile home repairs. Absolute lack of professionalism and zero accountability. We called on Sunday for an emergency plumbing claim in the Shelby Township area as a pipe had burst. We explicitly disclosed upfront more than once with the company that the repair was located underneath our trailer. They sent a technician out and stated it would be a $79 service fee. Once here, the technician tried to tack on an undisclosed $250 fee just to crawl underneath the trailer. We stated that was not disclosed to us however, at this point we were at there mercy since this was an emergency. Worse, he then refused to do the job entirely, claiming he was "too big" to crawl under the trailer—which was clearly just an excuse to avoid the work. The technician promised my mother someone else would be back Monday morning at 8:00 AM. It was a total no-call, no-show. When my mother called the office to track them down, she was given excuses about oil changes and other jobs. They promised someone was on the way. Nobody showed up. The next day, they promised again. Another no-call, no-show. They left my mother stranded with an unresolved emergency for days, completely failed to follow up. Disgraceful customer service. Avoid this company at all costs.
