Ann and Ace Handy Man Services were absolutely fantastic! I needed help for one of my sellers with an unexpected plumbing emergency, and Ann was responsive, professional, and got the situation taken care of quickly. She also helped with carpet cleaning, and the results were excellent. It’s such a relief as a Realtor to have someone dependable, knowledgeable, and willing to jump in when something unexpected comes up. Ann truly went above and beyond, and I would highly recommend Ace Handy Man Services in Bloomfield to anyone looking for reliable, quality service!

Technician Kyle, arrived on-time & went right to work. He was very professional and after assessing the job provided approximate time and cost of the job. He completed job in a very timely manner. He tested everything and cleaned up afterwards. Kyle is a real professional and asset to your company.

Spent two weeks answering questions and sending pics of my project via text before they would send an estimate. I called multiple times for an update on the estimate and was told it was coming. Then they decided they needed to come out for a consultation. Waited another week for the appointment only for them to cancel 3 minutes before or scheduled meeting due to “weather.” My project is indoors and the “weather” was a light drizzle. The next available appointment was at least a week out. I didn’t appreciate the complete waste of time or lack of urgency. I did not reschedule the appointment.

I needed some work done to my garage door trim, as the wood around it was decaying. Paul M reached out to me to scope the work and visited for an inspection and walkthrough of the work. Scott S came by a few days later to perform the work. Both guys were friendly and professional, and the work Scott did was excellent. I’ll be doing business with them again soon.
