Jackie made this such an incredible experience as a new homeowner. Her professionalism was apparent from the moment she arrived and never wavered. She answered all of my questions, went way above and beyond to look at my concerns, educated me on the system, and was meticulous in cleaning it out. The pricing was very fair and her punctuality was perfect. Highly recommended requesting Jackie specifically when choosing John's Sanitation, she exceeded my expectations in every way possible.

I am a wedding coordinator and recently worked with John's Sanitation for a client's backyard wedding. Communication was great, the team was easy to work with, and the restrooms served their purpose very well at the event. I hope to work with John's again!

I have been living in South Lyon for over 15 years and this is the best company around. Fast, professional, and just good people. Gary was the tech that serviced my tank (and has done so every time I have had it pumped). No damage to landscaping and the job was done right. Cannot say enough good things about them and Gary.
