Kraai is always responsive, even responding to emergency requests on a weekend. And we are happy with our new well.

If we could give ten stars we would! We had an old leaking well pump that other companies couldn't fix. We were looking at a very expensive alternative when a friend recommended Kraai. They saved the day! Jayce and Jake were so professional, and more importantly, problem solvers. When their first try didn't work they came up with another. They told us they love what they do and we appreciate it. We are so grateful and happy with the service we received. Thank you Kraai!

New to the area, read the great reviews and reached out to Kraai. We were so happy we did, excellent customer service and that was followed up by a fantastic repair team. Highly recommend and Thanks Kraai.

We had one of the best experiences we have had with any service company. They got to the house extremely quickly and began work immediately. They diagnosed the problem (a hole in the pipe to the well and a pump near the end of its life,) offered a couple of options to solve, and a detailed breakdown of the expenses. They had everything repaired in about two hours and were extremely kind in every interaction. I would recommend Kraai to anyone!
