  Shelby was awesome to work with during our entire renovation project! Our kitchen had flooded, so this was an extremely stressful and unplanned remodel, but from our very first meeting, Shelby guided us through the entire process, and offered great design options! Her expertise allowed us to get excited about the project, and made it a great overall experience!

  I am over the moon with my experience with my representative Shelby, at Tile and Stone Works. I’m a first time buyer and I had oodles of questions. She was patient, knowledgeable, inspiring and very kind. I’m pleased to also share that the ADA would positively love this location as it is very handicapped accessible within the showroom. The displays are wonderful and it truly is a one stop shop. Shelby not only helped me find my perfect tile, she kept constant communication with me with my various questions and concerns. I would give this a 10 star rating if I could. Due to my disability I had to ask Shelby to repeat quite a few things. She without hesitation repeated things and assured me that it was not a problem to do so. The inclusivity of this experience was incredible! I absolutely LOVE my tile and it looks beautiful. The quality of my glass tile and saturation of color is amazing. I can’t believe I found exactly what I was dreaming of getting. It looks like an abalone shell. So coastal and colorful. The suggestion of grout makes my backsplash a show stopper. Every detail was addressed and every need was met. Thanks again to Shelby and her determination to find the perfect pieces!!!

  Tile and Stone Works on 23 mile Road is one of the best tile stores in southeast Michigan and believe me when I say I have been to "every" one of them. They have an excellent selection of good quality tile with excellent pricing. What makes this tile store a notch above their competition is our sales person Khara. Her expertise and knowledge about everything tile was outstanding. She made the entire process smooth and seamless. She was a joy to work with. Thank you Khara for your all your assistance!! Tile and Stone Works in number 1 in our books. You need not go anywhere else.
