What an outstanding company. I went there to get a price for new thankless hot water heater and installation. Instead Al suggested to try replacing one or two parts. The parts are hard to find but they had them and this fixed my problem. No doubt saved me thousands of dollars. Couldn't ask for a more honest and customer helping company.

I have a water leak in a pipe, under my trailer & the receptionist said, "I can't put you on our schedule because your need isn't air conditioner related. They are the only company, that I've found, that work on plumbing in trailers. The receptionist told me to call a different company. Really bad advice, in my opinion.

I left voicemails for 5+ plumbers in the Midland area and Carey was the only company to even pick up their phone much less call me back. Their service was good from the call to the end of the job. Their technician was friendly and on time. The price seemed pretty fair as well.
