  Highly Recommended – Fast, Transparent, and Professional We hired PD Home Exteriors based on a recommendation from our next-door neighbor to repair damaged trim boards around our chimney and two other areas. From the start, the process was incredibly smooth. Joel visited us for the initial estimate and provided a detailed breakdown within just one day. He was transparent about potential costs, explaining that if internal structure damage was found (which is impossible to see before removing the boards), it could range from $1,000 to $3,000. We agreed to the terms and paid a 50% upfront deposit. Although they initially quoted a seven-week wait, Joel contacted us within two days to let us know they had found an opening slot due to material logistics. Jason, their contractor, arrived that same week and completed the entire project in just three days. Unfortunately, we did discover some structure damage, but thanks to Jason’s on-site explanations and the plenty of photos he took of areas we couldn’t see (like the top of the roof), we fully understood the situation. The additional cost was under $1,000, well below the initial estimate. The final step, installing a stainless steel cap on the chimney, was completed the following week. The crew left the area spotless, which was a huge relief. We are very impressed with their speed, honesty, and quality of work. Highly recommended!

  Great experience putting new siding on our house. Color selection was tricky, but PD gave us some addresses to visit in-person. They worked around our steep metal roof and solar panels, and removed our gutters and reinstalled them. Attention to detail with the trim was lovely.

  PD Home Exteriors replaced the siding on our house. They made the whole process seamless from the estimate to the installation and cleanup. They pay attention to detail and are very thorough. They don't cover up issues (pun intended). When our old siding was removed, they discovered a good portion of the house did not have OSB but a fiber board material (some rotted and deteriorating) under it. OSB was ordered and delivered the same day. Yes, it increased the cost of the project, but our house is now more structurally sound. The crew arrived early and typically worked longer than eight-hour workdays. If you are looking for a company that is honest, competitively priced, and does excellent work, look no further than PD Home Exteriors. We couldn't be more pleased with the final result.
