  My business had a leak in the roof with a lot of water coming into some of offices. It happened right after a very heavy rain storm, so we naturally assumed it was the roof. Kobe came out and examined the issue. Given his height, he was able to see the leak source in our ceiling. It is an HVAC issue, not a roof issue. He was fast and professional, and declined any sort of payment for his time. I appreciated that thoughtfulness and integrity. We will use Diversified Roofing for future roofing needs.

  Stan came over and fixed our issue with a leak in our roof. He also checked the surrounding areas up there and made us aware of issues that would need attention. Great company with great customer service.

  We had our roof replaced the second week of June 2026. We are *still awaiting* the vents to be put in because Koby and the team at Diversified continue giving us the absolute run around that this will get completed even though it should have been done upon completion of the roof. The supplies are still on our driveway because they continue claiming they’ll be here. We’re apparently awaiting a repair man to call us and yet for WEEKS now, we’ve heard nothing except “well you slipped through the cracks, they’ll call”. So I don’t recommend this company because while for us, we “slipped through the crack” for some ventilation, but who knows what else is lacking on the new roof.

  I had a small leak in my bedroom and called 3 roofers for a quote. Kobe at Diversified was the only one who fixed the seals…..causing the leak……free of charge. He also said the roof is old but in good shape and wouldn’t need to be replaced for another 1-2 years. I will keep in contact with Kobe and will definitely call Diversified when the roof needs repair…….what a breath of fresh air…….someone who is honest!!!

  Diversified Roofing put a new roof on my house 15 years ago (and did a beautiful job). Recently, I found a shingle that had fallen off of my house. I called Diversified to check my roof. Stan, the owner, came out promptly and repaired the missing shingle at no charge (despite the warranty ending 5 years ago). Stan is simply the best! I would never use any other company for a new roof or roof repair.
