  We have been using Diversified Roofing for over 20 years. They have replaced roofs at two of our homes, the first one 20 years ago. That one still looks brand new! They do amazing work. We have recommended them to friends and family, and they have all loved the work and product.

  Stan is great. The Diversified Roofing team is great. They came out and repaired our roof for free when it had very minor damage. They told us we had a few years left on the roof and did not try to upsell us at all. When it came time to get a new roof, they gave us a very reasonable quote and scheduled it in a timely manner with clear communication. They roof installation was fast, tidy, and respectful. They did a great job installing the roof and cleaning up afterwards. I can't recommend them enough.

  Driving to work this morning I see a state police car approaching quickly in my rear view mirror. I had a hard time getting out of his way due to high morning traffic. When I get a chance to get over, the vehicle passes me and I see its been repurposed as a company vehicle. Still Michigan state police blue, Chevy Tahoe with the black push bumpers. They also added a roof rack and where it would normally say state police they put the business name in the same yellow color. This is the most blatant impersonating an officer that I have seen on the road. I think the idea is to get through traffic easier? Especially since they were going over 95. What a strange way of advertising. I would never hire this company just out of principle.

  Great company, great price, great work! SE MI had some bad storms & my interior ceiling was leaking. Stan came in the evening to look at the roof leak & was able to temporary fix to avoid more damage. As my roof was 20yrs old, I decided for a replacement even though my insurance denied my claim due to roof age. Stan provided a reasonable quote compared to 3 other companies. His crew completed the roof in 1 day. They had a very windy day working against them & even a few sprinkles, but they kept everything dry & still cleaned up everything that blew around & left the area spotless. Great service from start to finish. I would highly recommend.

  I am super happy with the entire crew at Diversified Roofing. They were polite, professional, and followed through on everything. Kobe was the first person to take a look at things and was super helpful. The team that came out and did the work showed up on time and did a wonderful job. They explained everything they needed to do and got to work. Everything was cleaned up nicely when they finished. This is a great local business!
