Wow! What an exceptional roofing company. Upon calling, they were great and very kind and easy to deal with. I was added to the message list and Stan reached out to me and came out very quickly to diagnose my roof leak issue. Once on the roof, he found the issue quickly and fixed it on the spot. Explaining the issue, we are confident the repair will work great! Our roof was put on in 2010 and will likely need replacing within 10 years. We will most definitely be calling Stan and Diversified Roofing.

I had the pleasant experience of getting service from Henry. Had an issue with another roofing company that was refusing to do warranty work. Henry was able to schedule promptly, communicated clearly, and provided explanation of the issue/where the other company made mistakes. This interaction was great and will be having my future work done by diversified roofing.

I’ve been a loyal customer for a very long time. Stan has always been great to work with and I have recommended him for over 10 years to clients and friends. I hired him to install a 100,000 dollar roof. No problem during the job but a leak developed a couple months later. I emailed them with pictures and they said someone would call shortly. Nothing…. It’s been over a month and nothing. I’ve called multiple times with promises of a call to schedule a repair but nothing. I’m not sure what happened but I can no longer recommend this company after being treated this way.

My business had a leak in the roof with a lot of water coming into some of offices. It happened right after a very heavy rain storm, so we naturally assumed it was the roof. Kobe came out and examined the issue. Given his height, he was able to see the leak source in our ceiling. It is an HVAC issue, not a roof issue. He was fast and professional, and declined any sort of payment for his time. I appreciated that thoughtfulness and integrity. We will use Diversified Roofing for future roofing needs.
