  They give you a service window between 8am and 5pm. I waited around ALL DAY LONG and the driver showed up right at 5pm. It would be nice if you could narrow the window down so I don’t waste an entire day sitting around.

  We looked at several water softener companies when we moved to Manchester. We chose American Aqua for the value and local ties to the community. Adam and Clint took great care of us! Highly recommend!

  I have been using this company for more than 10 years because they installed the Reverse Osmosis system and water softener in my home. When I called for a filter change for my RO system (because they install a system that is hard to get filters direct from the manufacturer and do it myself...the manufacturer only sell to authorized dealers), I'm told that they are out of stock and don't know when they will be getting them back. I called a month later and they still can't get them, but ohhh wait I can pay for a new system for filters they can get and can get 50% off (WHEN THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH MY CURRENT SYSTEM THAT THIS COMPANY INSTALLED!!!). Who's to say I won't run into the same problem if I did pay for a new system? I was told I can call the manufacturer directly to help me get filters. Actually that's what this company who installed the system should be doing rather than asking me to do it, or having a work around to keep your customers being able to use a system that you installed rather than try to sell me something for a lot of money that I do not need. This is completely unacceptable.
