  We recently hired Nelson Brothers Plumbing to replace our outdated irrigation backflow preventer and a cracked supply line, as well as install a new washing machine outlet box in our laundry room. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. Our technician, Steve, did outstanding work. What impressed me most was that he approached the job with the level of care and attention to detail you'd expect from someone working on their own home. He took the time to route the water lines and drain in a way that was both clean and as unobtrusive as possible, rather than just doing what was easiest. Throughout the project, Steve kept me informed about what he was doing and why, answered my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with everything before moving forward. The quality of the workmanship really stood out, and it's clear he takes pride in his craft. As a new homeowner, I also appreciate working with a local company that has been serving the community for many years. There's something reassuring about hiring a business with a long-standing reputation and deep roots in the area. It's refreshing to find a company with technicians who genuinely care about doing the job right. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nelson Brothers Plumbing and will definitely call them again for future plumbing projects.

  Highly recommend. We’ve used Nelson Bros for years and most recently with a big pipe replacement job. Their quote was fair and they stuck to it. Steve was outstanding. We ran into some unexpected issues as the job went on (no surprises with home improvement) and he helped us every step of the way. Talking through options, giving guidance without a hard sell. Very calm, patient, professional and polite. Would recommend requesting Steve if given the opportunity, especially if it’s a big job with some unknowns.
