- NDNina DonahueSep 1, 20265.0Mill & Steve helped us out in a crunch. We bought a new house and within months of moving in quickly discovered we needed a new AC condenser. We used them and they were fast and fairly priced. While installing the AC unit, they inspected our furnace and notified us the heat exchanger was cracked risking possible carbon monoxide leakage. They worked with us to assess repair vs. installation of a new furnace, and when we decided on a new furnace, were once again clean, on time, and did a great job with truly amazing pricing. Would highly recommend!
