- LFLaurie FSep 2, 20265.0I had a roof issue that could’ve turned into a much bigger problem had it not been handled properly and promptly. Prime Starr was amazing. I was given a comprehensive quote in a timely manner; they did not try to upsell me or oversell me; they were able to get the job scheduled quickly (with only one nudge). The crew did a very professional, comprehensive, thorough job and the cleanup was done so well it looked like they were never here! Prime Starr earned my rave review and I will be recommending them to friends and family in the future!
- RHrichard hanlonJul 27, 20265.0Used Prime Starr Construction for the first time and found them to be excellent. Had chimney trim & cap replaced, ridge vents replaced, gutter seams sealed & some other minor jobs related to the roof & brickwork done. Matt M came out promptly after I reached out to them to review the work & write an estimate, which was fair & reasonable. Brandon & a different Matt performed the work & were skilled, diligent, courteous & neat. Kayla in the front office was great and communicated well regarding questions & job status. I very much appreciate their efforts & would definitely use this company again. Thank you Prime Starr!
- DRDavid RobertsJul 23, 20265.0Matt was great to work with never any pressure. Showed us all of our options. The crew was great. Cleaned everything up like they were never here. Would highly recommend.
- WMWendy MillerJun 30, 20265.0Andrew was a pleasure to deal with. He explained different types and colors of the metal roof . The installers were all friendly, professional and had the roof done in 1 day.
- MGMichael GJun 8, 20265.0The whole team at Prime Starr was fantastic! Scott was able to quote my ridge vent replacement the same day, and the price was very competitive. Suzy and the rest of the office staff responded quickly and thoroughly to messages, and we're very patient with my questions throughout the whole process. On the day of repairs, Victor showed up on time and completed the job in less than two hours. He cleaned up thoroughly, leaving no mess, and was very courteous. If you're looking to support a small local business, I highly recommend Prime Starr!
