Had chimney trim & cap replaced, ridge vents replaced, gutter seams sealed & some other minor jobs related to the roof & brickwork done. Matt M came out promptly after I reached out to them to review the work & write an estimate, which was fair & reasonable. Brandon & a different Matt performed the work & were skilled, diligent, courteous & neat. Kayla in the front office was great and communicated well regarding questions & job status. I very much appreciate their efforts & would definitely use this company again. Thank you Prime Starr!

Suzy and the rest of the office staff responded quickly and thoroughly to messages, and we're very patient with my questions throughout the whole process. On the day of repairs, Victor showed up on time and completed the job in less than two hours. He cleaned up thoroughly, leaving no mess, and was very courteous. If you're looking to support a small local business, I highly recommend Prime Starr!
