  Excellent Work – Highly Recommend! I had an outstanding experience with Precision Foundation Systems! They completed extensive work on my basement, including installing steel I-beams, carbon fiber straps, a sump pump, and a full waterproofing system. The quality of their work was excellent, and I couldn't be happier with the results. They did a fantastic job from start to finish, and it's clear they take pride in what they do. Having major foundation and waterproofing work done can be stressful, but I'm extremely pleased with how everything turned out. I would absolutely recommend Precision Foundation Systems to anyone needing foundation repairs, structural reinforcement, or basement waterproofing.

  The team was very professional. They were very engaging, willing to explain what they were doing, timely and listened to my concerns. They made sure I was satisfied with the job and they did a great job!! I'd recommend them to anyone. If you're looking for dependable, honest and trustworthy contractors call them!

  These guys did a great job. Russell came over and explained to me exactly how he intended to fix the crack in my basement wall and why it was the best long term solution. On top of that the price was more than fair and they stand by their work. Would recommend to anyone having issues with water in their basement!

  Absolutely great. Very trustworthy and honest in an industry that is sometimes lacking in those qualities. Not to mention they were by far and away the best price out of 3 other quotes I got from some other larger name foundation companies that wanted to charge me a lot more for work that didn't need to be done. 4 months later, I paid a lot less and currently have a dry basement, even after a few major rain events. Would highly recommend.

  Excellent job on our foundation work. The crew was professional and the expertise of the owner was impressive. The crew was professional and the experience was stress-free. No foundation job is cheap (beware if it is), but the price was very fair.
