Jim did an excellent job with finding us the carpet that was best for us and Pete did an excellent job with the installation.

Perfect floors. Install the carpet in my house, and they did a great job. The installers were very polite, professional and did an excellent job.

The owner Mike Williams is ALWAYS available to help take my order and stay on top of everything through completion. Best flooring company I've ever had. Thank you so much, I will recommend your company to everyone.

Everything started out great, this job was for my 87 year old dad's kitchen floor. Mike was great to work with on the quote, and Jesse and his assistant did a nice job on the installation. Things fell apart at the end, unfortunately I didn't stay at my dad's house until the job was complete. Mike never returned the base molding I loaned him to color match. Jesse, the installer 1. Left a large saw dust mess in the garage, 2. Didn't reinstall the laundry room door or trim the bottom to fit the higher floor (the job included raising the floor one inch). 3 Didn't trim the closet door to fit the higher floor. 4. He didn't reconnect the wash machine water lines and 5. He didn't level up the refrigerator. Jesse left this all for my 87 year old dad to deal with. When I spoke to Mike about these items, he said he would send someone to address them. No one showed up. Don't pay them until everything is done or you will be stuck taking care of it yourself.

The customer service here was amazing! Nicole helped me through narrowing my selections down by listening to my needs and wants, I was shocked at how quickly I made my decision actually. And now the carpet is in my home and we absolutely LOVE it! Highly recommend Perfect Floors!!
