A professional estimate and paperwork were emailed the same day. We chose Creekbed as our color as recommended, and we love it. Actually, it is a polyaspartic coating which is stronger and more durable than epoxy. We called Mi Floor Coatings and spoke with the owner, Grant. He set up an appointment to meet with us and arrived on time on the date we chose. Grant was very friendly and knowledgeable. He showed us several coating / flake samples that would look best with our garage and brick color and described, in-depth, the entire process that's used to prepare and coat the cement. We made the decision to proceed. Before he left, Grant offered to pitch several baseballs to our grandson who was practicing in the front yard. The crew arrived on time on the day of our job. Cody thoroughly explained every step of what they would be doing over the next several hours, then they began the work. The three-man crew (Cody, Nick and Joe) were extremely friendly and just as knowledgeable and thorough as Grant. The job progressed as described. When it was finished, Cody provided us with a detailed timeline to follow for proper curing: 24 hours for personal traffic, 48 hours for heavier items, and 72 hours for vehicles. Our entire experience with Mi Floor Coatings was a pleasure, from our first meeting with Grant, to our job completion by Cody, Nick and Joe. These guys were probably the most pleasant and easy-to-work-with contractors we have ever dealt with. I would definitely recommend Mi Floor Coatings to my family and friends.
