  Kendal & Co. was recommended to us when we asked our appliances sales person if there was a company that coordinates remodeling projects. He recommended them and the rest was so professional, organized and fell perfectly in place! We worked with Kelly, who from day one, we knew we were in good hands. She was not only an excellent project manager, but she knew the business and had an excellent rapport with the contractors. Throughout the project, she gave us a calendar of who was doing what and when... and it happened on time and by the calendar for each step. She arrived with each contractor to introduce us and review what they were doing. She provided an entire portfolio that stayed in our kitchen, for all the workers detailing the blueprints, the positioning of appliances... right down to the hardware for the cabinets... what size and location on the cabinet. We had only heard nightmares from friends about their remodels, and were delighted and shocked that ours went down so well! We are most pleased with our kitchen remodel and thank Kelly, Randy and their talented contractors for their experience and talent helping us from design and layout to the finish!! We love our kitchen!!!

  We worked with Rob on our master bath remodel and could not be happier. He was awesome to work with, really knowledgeable, and gave us some great ideas that built on our vision for things we wouldn't have thought to do that turned out amazing. His team followed the schedule he set out at the beginning exactly like he said and Rob gave us daily, sometimes a few times a day, updates on progress with pictures. He set an expectation for us, being our first time with a major bathroom remodel, and he exceeded the expectation every single time. From coming up with creative ways for us to save on certain parts, to the quality of the work that was done, to staying at or below budget on every line item and labor, we can't say enough good things. If you are going to invest in your home and have it look the way you want it to, this is for sure the company to use.

  We had 2 full bathrooms to completely remodel and could not be happier with our choice in Kendal and Co. One bathroom down, one to go. The company was recommended by a neighbor. It's hard to find contractors you can trust who are reliable. Kendal and Co far exceeded our expectations. Randy was excellent and basically read my mind in choosing our finishes. Rob was an AMAZING manager so we never had to worry about a thing. Any questions or issues (even if it was our fault), Rob responded immediately. Could not recommend more!
