  Kelly Hoef is amazing! And, she seems limitless in what and who she knows, which came in handy in so many unexpected and helpful ways. Kelly planned and oversaw the complete renovation of a bathroom and kitchen. From design through construction through to the final clean-up, we were extremely grateful for her guidance and project management. In fact, the whole project proceeded nearly exactly with the schedule she laid out at the beginning and there were no surprises. Kelly has a rare combination of a keen aesthetic eye, a commitment to the client, the skill to ascertain your style and priorities, the ability to juggle multiple priorities seamlessly, getting contractors to do things right and completely, offering insightful advice, providing connections to a wide array of resources, being present, and actually diving in and doing some of the work! She pointed out key items we wouldn’t have thought about, but which in practice actually make a lot of difference between being happy with the new space or begrudgingly accepting it. As a result, we were very pleased with working with her. In fact we enjoyed it and now miss her! We would be happy to provide a reference and answer any questions about working her. In short, we highly recommend her!

  Kendal & Co. was recommended to us when we asked our appliances sales person if there was a company that coordinates remodeling projects. He recommended them and the rest was so professional, organized and fell perfectly in place! We worked with Kelly, who from day one, we knew we were in good hands. She was not only an excellent project manager, but she knew the business and had an excellent rapport with the contractors. Throughout the project, she gave us a calendar of who was doing what and when... and it happened on time and by the calendar for each step. She arrived with each contractor to introduce us and review what they were doing. She provided an entire portfolio that stayed in our kitchen, for all the workers detailing the blueprints, the positioning of appliances... right down to the hardware for the cabinets... what size and location on the cabinet. We had only heard nightmares from friends about their remodels, and were delighted and shocked that ours went down so well! We are most pleased with our kitchen remodel and thank Kelly, Randy and their talented contractors for their experience and talent helping us from design and layout to the finish!! We love our kitchen!!!

  If you are looking for a company that can actually deliver on time with great quality and realistic pricing - Kendal & Co is who you should use. Kelly - our designer and project manager was simply amazing. Every professional (finish carpender, plumber, electricans, tile person and plumber) were not only good they were fast, friendly and when they left there was minimal mess. I can not say enough about how glad I am that I selected them to do my complete master bathroom make-over.

  We were told when we purchased our Omega cabinets there would be a lifetime warranty. Unfortunately our cabinet separated at a seam and the door fell off 3 1/2 yrs. after having them installed. After numerous attempts of trying to contact the store. “Randy” finally returned our call. He told us in May 2022 that he would take care of it because of our warranty and it would take 2-4 weeks to have it back. After not receiving a phone for a few months and several calls again regarding the cabinet, we finally spoke with Randy to find out our cabinet had been there for a while with no courtesy call that it was in the store. He told us they are in 3 boxes and we would have to pick them up, assemble and install them ourselves. Because it was our “fault” someone was hang from them. LITERALLY said someone was hanging from them!!! Randy is very unprofessional and we would NEVER purchase from them again.
