  I had a great experience working with Floorama for the hardwood flooring in my home. The entire process was smooth, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Bob, the owner, was responsive, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend Floorama to anyone looking for quality flooring and great customer service.

  Look no further!! This is your best deal, best service, best value place! Super transparent. Excrement quote! Huge carpet selection. Not shady like some other companies where you get a price without knowing why. They charge per sq foot and varies based on the carpet you choose. The quote I received for both second floor and basement was almost half what other people quoted me with a better carpet. Installation was also super smooth. The team is friendly, efficient and clean. Would highly recommend!

  I suspect the Livonia location operates as a front. When it first opened, I attempted to obtain wood floors there. After speaking with an employee and returning several times, I found the store consistently closed. Staff offered various explanations—insufficient personnel led to early closures or skipped operating days—despite posted hours on the door and website that remained outdated. This occurred about two years ago, and the building still appears unoccupied. I find it unlikely that anyone was ever served there, and if so, I feel concerned about their experience. The warranty process may prove difficult for them.

  I only have WONDERFUL things to say about floorama! Bob genuinely wants the best for the customers. He was VERY patient with us as we decided on flooring. Ali was AMAZING at installing and was very detail oriented. Everything went smoothly and we felt in good hands. Thank you!!!

  We had an amazing experience with Floorama! Bob was incredibly nice, professional, honest, and helpful throughout the entire process. They have a huge selection of flooring options for every style, which made choosing the perfect flooring so much easier. Delivery was quick, and the quality of their work exceeded our expectations. We are so happy we chose Floorama and honestly wouldn’t recommend anyone else for flooring needs. Highly recommend!
