  I called early Monday morning because our air-conditioning wasn't working. They said they wouldn't be able to get out till Tuesday but called me and said due to some cancellations they were able to get me in. Steven came out and explained everything he had to do. Turned out that we needed more refrigerant and that insulation from inside the unit was blocking the coils which was causing us to have low airflow for the last two years when a different company had installed a new furnace. In addition, they had also turned the blower to the lowest setting so he increased the blower speed as well . We had no idea this was the reason and just assumed it was because we had a colonial. He fixed the problem and the airflow has increased tremendously upstairs. We will always call Briarwood! Thanks!

  We had our new HVAC system installed today, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Matt and Railey arrived on time, removed the old system, and installed the new furnace and air conditioning unit quickly and professionally. They were courteous, clean, respectful, and very customer-friendly throughout the entire process. Thank you both for the excellent work. We’ll gladly recommend Briarwood Heating & Cooling every chance we get!

  We had a new air conditioner installed and replaced the old, damaged chimney liner. The team showed up on schedule and did an excellent job with the installation. Cord explined the work clearly and all my questions were addressed. Clean up afterwards was top notch. Thank you for a great job.

  Furnace replacements, boiler installations, hot water tank swaps — they handle it all with speed, honesty, and craftsmanship that genuinely impresses. A 29 year old furnace diagnosed and replaced in two days, a hot water tank installed same day, space heaters provided while you wait for installation — that's the Briarwood standard. They even left the basement cleaner than when they arrived which says everything. Steven is knowledgeable, backs up every recommendation with photos, and is always straight with you about what you need,

  We had a fantastic experience with Briarwood Heating & Cooling. Cord and Justin were both incredibly polite, professional, and easy to work with. Cord did an excellent job communicating throughout the entire process, which made everything smooth and stress-free. They replaced our older AC unit with a new Trane system, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The installation was clean, high-quality, and they took the time to clean up thoroughly after the job was done. The new system is working great! On top of that, their pricing was the lowest quote we received, yet the quality of work exceeded expectations. Everyone we spoke with at Briarwood was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to have such an all-around positive experience with any company, but Briarwood absolutely delivered. Highly recommend!
