I called with a problem on one of the hottest days this summer and they were booked but the receptionist reached out to the tech who lived in my area and he right away agreed to come to us on his way home. He was kind and efficient and got us back up and running quickly. We bought our furnace and air conditioner in 2012 and this is the first problem we have had and it was the thermostat.

I met with Lee for my service call and estimate and he was extremely knowledgeable and answered every question I had. I ended up needing a new unit and Matt, Justin and Anthony were the members of my team that installed. When they arrived at my home they all introduced themselves to me. Very polite and kind young men. I am disabled in a wheelchair and they treated me with the highest respect. I mainly had communication with Matt. He kept me informed throughout the day of the progress and the hiccup that transpired. However a slight problem did not stop this crew and Matt made further phone calls to problem solve and do research. I am now in a home that is cooling down! They overcame every obstacle and did a fantastic job with my installation. I will recommend Briarwood to all of my family and friends! Professional, kind, informative, and people of their word!!! Thank you!!!
