  They did an excellent job from start to finish. The whole experience felt professional and well handled, and the quality of the work really stood out. They were respectful of the home and took the time to double-check details along the way, which I really appreciated. Everything was done carefully and with attention to detail. I’d definitely recommend their services.

  So happy with my new countertops, new beautiful kitchen floors and new carpet in our family room. Everyone we delt with, from the owner to the staff and the contractors were professional, friendly and helpful. Such an amazing company! Thank you. 5 stars for sure!

  I highly recommend Richmond Interiors. Tracy was so easy to work with and really was invaluable in helping me to pick out tile which was complimentary to our existing tile in an adjacent room. The work was completed on time and very professionally and their pricing was very competitive.

  I am not impressed with the new owner Faylon. She is nice to talk to but not very good at running a buniess. Wanting to shop local I went to Richmlnd Interiors. Things went well until time for installation. I had confirmed my date to install twice with an other employee, Faylon canceled my appointment because when she called for the third time ( I thought it was just a reminder call ) I did not return her call. Also the guys who installed my carpet gave away the extra pieces to the guy who was painting my place. Guess sometimes it doesn't pay go shop local!
