  Staff was pleasant enough, however the store had advertisement flyers that said certain flooring was on sale with 50+ varieties. Not so. Only one. Very disappointing.

  I would give them zero stars if it was an option. I purchased 14 boxes of Duravana plank flooring. This is an LL Flooring house brand that only they distribute. It was a close-out, but nowhere did the receipt or any information state that this was "second" quality flooring. However, of the 14 boxes, the equivalent of one full box (9 planks) were identified with red paint as defective from the manufacturing process. There were other minor defects as well that were not as severe, but 9 planks had red paint applied as part of their manufacturing quality control and they shipped them as first quality material. I contacted LL Flooring within a few days of delivery when I found two planks. They refused to give me a full box- they said this was acceptable. 60 days later when I discovered the remaining defects, they also said it was acceptable and would do nothing. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and LL Flooring refused to offer a remedy. I would suggest not buying anything from LL Flooring. They are still in bankruptcy. They do not stand behind their products and they sell obvious defective material as first quality. Search the internet or BBB for hundreds of complaints against LL Flooring. Additional information. LL Flooring lies. They wrote a letter to my credit card company (Chase) and stated that I did not contact them (LL Flooring) prior to my filing a dispute with Chase. I have email evidence and cell phone evidence that I contacted them starting a few days after I took delivery of the planks. I have email evidence with Rhonda in February, 2027 and she wrote the letter to Chase. This company thinks that "as-is" means they can ship product that was rejected in their manufacturing process.

  The Girl who answered the phone is completely unaware of Flooring, or common sense. I said I needed something inexpensive to cover 1,200sq ft of basement, no padding. She said, "We have a product that is blank-blank price, but it ends today and tomorrow its double that price." So I asked, what's the total if I need the product to cover 1,200sq ft, today? She said, "Well I would have to order it, and the price would be double, because I don't have it in the store." I said, so you're quoting me a price on flooring that's only good for today - but you dont have it to sell today, so the price is double? She said, "Yeah". So I laughed and said you're wasting everyone's time and ended the call. She or the store called me back 5mins later, I answered and total silence on the other line. Lumber Liquidators Redford prank called me! 😆 Still wasting everyone's time 😆 🤣

  We stood in line for some time and when the salesman finished with the customer that was at the desk, he ignored us and walked away to help the people who came in after us!
