  This place is great, don't hesitate to walk in if you need help. Shout out to Mitch for helping me most recently. These guys have never let me down. They are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They call back when they say they will, and genuinely seem to care about getting to whatever resolution you require. Thanks guys, see you next time!

  I called this location at 3:48 PM and spoke with Mitch regarding product availability and lead times for an upcoming purchase. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. Rather than assisting me, Mitch immediately explained that the store was about to close and suggested I contact the New Hudson location since they remain open until 4:30 PM. I found this confusing and frustrating, especially since the store was still open, my call had already been answered, and my questions could have been addressed without making me feel rushed. As a customer, I believe professionalism and customer service should remain a priority until closing time. Customers should never feel dismissed or redirected simply because the end of the workday is approaching. After expressing my frustration, I ended the call. Mitch then called me back to apologize, which I appreciated, but the overall interaction had already left a negative impression. Over the last six months, I have spent tens of thousands of dollars with Ferguson, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I value good customer service and expect to feel appreciated as a loyal customer.

  The only thing I needed was a 1/2" NPT X 6" chrome nipple. Walked into the store and the only people in there were the 2 guys behind the counter, both of whom were sitting behind computer screens typing away. After a few minutes one of them said they would be right with me. I decided to walk up and down the aisles looking for the part myself for 10 minutes but could find nothing even close. So I went back up front and stood there a few more minutes waiting for some help. He finally acknowledged me, found the part I needed, and headed back to the register. Another 2 minutes of typing and finally we now have a price for the nipple.... a ridiculously overpriced $21.90!! I could have got it online for only $6 but could not wait until next week for delivery. It's now obvious why this place was completely void of cars in the parking lot and customers in the store. They used to call this highway robbery back in the day. I will never go back to that store even though it's only a couple of miles from home. You've been warned.
