- DDDevon DalloMay 8, 20261.0I called this location at 3:48 PM and spoke with Mitch regarding product availability and lead times for an upcoming purchase. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. Rather than assisting me, Mitch immediately explained that the store was about to close and suggested I contact the New Hudson location since they remain open until 4:30 PM. I found this confusing and frustrating, especially since the store was still open, my call had already been answered, and my questions could have been addressed without making me feel rushed. As a customer, I believe professionalism and customer service should remain a priority until closing time. Customers should never feel dismissed or redirected simply because the end of the workday is approaching. After expressing my frustration, I ended the call. Mitch then called me back to apologize, which I appreciated, but the overall interaction had already left a negative impression. Over the last six months, I have spent tens of thousands of dollars with Ferguson, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I value good customer service and expect to feel appreciated as a loyal customer.
