- SMStephen MurdockAug 1, 20245.0I have been using The Fix It Friends for my rental property for over 3 years now. No matter which one of them shows up for my repair or upgrade needs, I know that the job is going to get done right at a reasonable cost. They can do it all and in the rare instances they can't, the owner Chris has contacts to take care of it. So, it's one stop shopping! And Monique is wonderful as his assistant, extremely quick to respond to my email requests and figure out a scheduled time that works for them and my tenants. A+ all around!
