  Sam and his team are fantastic! We began looking for carpet for our new home and initially looked at a larger company and became very overwhelmed quickly with all of the options and zero help choosing what would work for our home. We asked around and many people we know highly recommended Sam with New Carpet and Floors, so we checked out his show room. Sam was wonderful to work with! Within a half an hour of browsing his selection with his help, we had our carpet picked out. He made the process smooth and helped us understand what would work for our space and what carpet wasn't worth looking at based on our needs. Within two weeks of ordering, our carpet was ready and installed. Sam is professional, kind and goes out of his way to make sure the client is happy and understands the process. It was a one of a kind carpet experience. We are SO happy with how our master bedroom and closets turned out and are pleased with the soft, fresh, and high quality carpet we now have. We look forward to using New Carpet and Floors again for our family room, stairs, and basement in the future. Thank you Sam and crew!

  I have not had to buy carpet in a long time. What an amazing experience from the moment I stepped in to the location in Redford, Sam and his team were wonderful to work with. I was able to find the carpet I wanted, at a price I was willing to pay and they working seamlessly into my instillation parameters. I would recommend you working them!

  From start to finish, getting new carpet for my basement living area was the easiest home improvement I have ever done! Sam was fabulous when he came out to measure and provide a quote. He was so enthusiastic and happy to share samples and talk about the plans I had. He quoted a very fair price and once I had decided which option I wanted, Sam set me up for install with his installer within the same week! Mr. Nacho, the installer, came to my house and was very thorough, worked so hard and did impeccable work! My whole family was very impressed, as was I! I love my new carpet and will call New Carpet and Floors the next time I have flooring needs for sure! Thank you, Sam!
