I had a fantastic experience with New Carpet & Floors from start to finish! The store was well-organized and made browsing a breeze. Mr. Hussein Makki helped me and he was incredibly friendly, helpful, and clearly very knowledgeable. We came in knowing what we wanted and he made the rest very easy. He came out quickly to take measurements and, to my surprise, had the carpet ready and installed less than 48 hours later. The installation was quick, efficient, and the final result looks absolutely amazing. The whole process was seamless, and I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. We will definitely be coming back for all our future carpeting needs. Highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed!

Absolutely Spectacular Service from start to finish. Love these guys!! Very professional, thorough and kind. They went over and above, very affordable and fast. Don’t waste your time with the over priced Carpet Guys! Trust me the Neighborhood Guys Rock!! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I’m sleeping on the floor tonight. 😁
