  Sam and his team are fantastic! We began looking for carpet for our new home and initially looked at a larger company and became very overwhelmed quickly with all of the options and zero help choosing what would work for our home. We asked around and many people we know highly recommended Sam with New Carpet and Floors, so we checked out his show room. Sam was wonderful to work with! Within a half an hour of browsing his selection with his help, we had our carpet picked out. He made the process smooth and helped us understand what would work for our space and what carpet wasn't worth looking at based on our needs. Within two weeks of ordering, our carpet was ready and installed. Sam is professional, kind and goes out of his way to make sure the client is happy and understands the process. It was a one of a kind carpet experience. We are SO happy with how our master bedroom and closets turned out and are pleased with the soft, fresh, and high quality carpet we now have. We look forward to using New Carpet and Floors again for our family room, stairs, and basement in the future. Thank you Sam and crew!

  I have not had to buy carpet in a long time. What an amazing experience from the moment I stepped in to the location in Redford, Sam and his team were wonderful to work with. I was able to find the carpet I wanted, at a price I was willing to pay and they working seamlessly into my instillation parameters. I would recommend you working them!

  Amazing- from start to Finish - Clean , Very Clean install and you know how important it is to walk into a work in progress and still be dust free and clean. Major experience under installers belt, had the answers for the questions and solutions for any issues.

  The installers arrived on time and introduced themselves and immediately got to work. They were focused and worked hard. As a result my floors are beautiful and totally professionally done. Every time i enter my home I am in shock because of the beauty that the floors added to my home. What a positive experience. If I had a future flooring job , I’d use New Carpet and floors every time.
