Had a great experience with new carpeting installation. From start to finish, Ali was professional, easy to work with, and very responsive. Pricing was fair and straightforward, and the installation was completed quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality. It’s clear Ali and his team take pride in their work and genuinely care about providing a good customer experience. I highly recommend to anyone looking for new carpet, and will definitely keep them in mind for future flooring projects.

What an amazing experience working with Ali at Town Center Carpet and Floors. He helped me select carpet that would fit my needs and budget, provided a quick and fair quote, and had his excellent installing team install my carpet within two weeks! I’m so happy that I went with Town Center, you will be too!!

Ali and his colleagues were fantastic from start to finish. We purchased an old farm house, and they were kind and gracious with working around our tight and dynamic scheduling restrictions. The professionals in the showroom treated my family with kindness and respect, and nothing was ever pushed on us. Money and profit never felt like their objective - but rather personalized, connected care and attention to detail. Moreover, we had freshly finished hardwood floors with dragging/dropping restrictions. The team had to navigate this all carefully, and they did so quite well. I would recommend this group without hesitation. I was lucky to hear about them from a friend of mine, and I will share their information with anyone I know who is looking for a carpet company. Oh yeah - cost was also really competitive. Do NOT go to a big box store or large supplier - this team is the team you want to use.

Professional flooring installation can give an entire room a noticeably cleaner and more finished appearance. The process may involve removing old flooring, preparing the subfloor, taking accurate measurements, and installing the selected material with careful attention to edges and transitions. Compared with worn or uneven flooring, a new surface can make the room feel more updated and easier to maintain. Proper preparation is especially important for achieving consistent results. A completed flooring project improves the appearance of the space while providing a practical surface for everyday use.
