  Had a problem with my air conditioner called Puckett this morning at 8:00 am and had full air conditioner back by 11:00 am. Puckett is always my first call for heating and air conditioning repair. They work with you and fix things quick.

  Recently, my AC went out. I originally called a larger local HVAC company out. That company came out and completely screwed up their inspection. They tried to over charge me thousands of dollars for things i didnt need. They even tried to pressure me into replacing my whole HVAC system when it wasn't needed. I called Puckett that same day and they came over the next day. They were able to quickly, accurately and more importantly give an HONEST diagnosis my AC issue. They gave me fair and honest price for the fix. Puckett did not try to upsell me or lie about things I need. And for that Puckett will now be my go to service for HVAC needs. Thanks Puckett!

  Chris and the team at Puckett did a great job for us. We needed a little plumbing and a little HVAC. They came in, looked at the work, came back the next day and completed the job quickly. We would recommend Puckett Hearing and Cooling.
