  Recently, my AC went out. I originally called a larger local HVAC company out. That company came out and completely screwed up their inspection. They tried to over charge me thousands of dollars for things i didnt need. They even tried to pressure me into replacing my whole HVAC system when it wasn't needed. I called Puckett that same day and they came over the next day. They were able to quickly, accurately and more importantly give an HONEST diagnosis my AC issue. They gave me fair and honest price for the fix. Puckett did not try to upsell me or lie about things I need. And for that Puckett will now be my go to service for HVAC needs. Thanks Puckett!

  New Years Eve, the furnace suddenly stops working, outside temp, ZERO... House is well built, so heat was not an issue until the following day, New Years Day... I called Pucketts at 0900, they called back, he would be there in an hour... He arrived, he inspected, in ten minutes we had heat. A small water line from the pressure switch had an obstruction which he cleared, no parts required. In the process of fixing this very minor issue, he went through the basics of furnace repair with me. Worth every penny to have Pucketts out on a Holiday. He could have raked me over the coals if he had wanted to, as it was that simple of a fix. He didn't, and nor did he strike me as that kind of guy,... Puckett = good people. Thank you Puckett! Very happy.
