His work was professional. The project grew from the initial scope. Marcus did what I expected a professional company with world class employees would do. He found issues with the original water supply system that had to be repaired and replaced. The city needed to come out to turn the city supply off so Marcus could effect repairs on the old plumbing. All in all the city had to repair their valve shut off access and stayed with it to turn the water back on. I’m thankful for both Horton plumbing and the city water department for seeing the project thru completion so I had water restored.

We had a great experience with William Bean. He arrived right on time and was very polite professional throughout the visit. He did a very high-quality job and took the time to make sure everything was done properly. William also went above and beyond by helping us remove the stoppers from our bathroom sinks so that we could clean inside them more thoroughly, which we really appreciated. The price was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the work and the excellent service. We are very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend William to anyone looking for a reliable and professional plumber!

Ben V came out on an emergency call late on a Sunday night to fix clogged drains that were backing up into the basement. Within an hour of him calling he was at my house ready to get to work. He was quick to diagnose the problem, find a solution, and get things moving again. He was a joy to talk to the whole time, gave some tips about other plumbing issues to watch out for, and cleaned up nicely after finishing his work. If I could give more than five stars for this job I would, I can wholeheartedly recommend giving them a call.

Called around 10:00am Sunday October 4 because I observed water pooling in our basement from floor vent off main line - having some small experience with plumbing assumed there was a blockage - ended up communicating with Ben, who is an absolute rockstar. He arrived promptly (approximately an hour after setting the appointment) and not only did he thoroughly snake the main and document the cause, he replaced the stack and clean-out in the basement to code because the clean-out from the 70s was stripped and not serviceable, and cleaned the work area thoroughly. Absolute gentleman with excellent manners, punctuality, and craftsmanship. Thank you, Ben, and Horton Plumbing, for greatly exceeding my expectations and taking care of us. Will absolutely be recommending this business to anyone requiring plumbing work performed.

Sean did an awesome job with our plumbing maintenance visit. He was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, professional, and friendly. He took the time to inspect everything carefully, explain what he was checking, and answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. I really appreciated his honesty and attention to detail. Sean is an excellent technician and a great representative of Horton Plumbing. Highly recommend!
