  We’ve used Horton Plumbing Heating and Cooling over the years with great success. Today was our drain cleaning and inspection visit. Jered Genso was our Plumbing Technician. He did such a great job. He is a great representative of Horton because he is professional, effective, and educational. Outstanding! Thanks, Horton Plumbing Heating and Cooling. Thanks, Jered!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Excellent service from start to finish! Horton Plumbing came out and not only got our drain unclogged, they actually took the time to educate us about what was going on and how to help prevent the problem in the future. That really stood out to us. Jered was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and made sure we understood everything instead of simply doing the job and leaving. It is refreshing to receive that kind of customer service. We truly appreciate the experience and would definitely recommend Horton Plumbing to anyone looking for knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely helpful service. Five stars well deserved!

  Google made me give 1 star. Unprofessional, nasty language, cussing, arguing, broke toilet & didnt replace, are pipes are loose they put in, not clamped thet move everytime we turn water on, flush etc.. Job took 2months, (came 2 days, then week later for a day, then 2 weeks later, etc... ended up being 2 months.$40,000 + $5,500 for hotel. (Toilet dont flush still... w/o plunging it, they dug up our backyard & didnt fill it back in when done!? Operator said it was his first time on the (excavator), they left like over 2 tons of soil on our back yard. (Pics), very disappointed in their work, language, skill level. Never will we use this company again. Over $50,000 we had to use... Now we are paying this off & our toilets still broke & now we got to fix yard before winter!?? Some bs

  Gavin was absolutely incredible. Had an emergency backup on a Saturday night - Gavin got here within an hour, walked up my dreadful flight of stairs multiple times to get all of his equipment in and out, and got the blockage cleared within an hour. He was extremely professional, friendly, and honest. Couldn’t ask more a more personable technician. 10/10 would absolutely recommend him & Horton plumbing again.

  Service guy was great. Very courageous and polite and listened to my concern. The cost for this simple fix was outrageous. The part I identified in advance, was the problem and can be purchased for around $35-$45. I was charged $482. That is highway robbery. I could have fixed it myself if I had not been in such a hurry to go see our new grandchild. I trusted Horton but I feel like they took advantage of us. I don’t mind the service fee but this job took him no more than 10 mins to complete.
