  We called Horton for a snake job on basement bathroom. Not only did they not snake the bathroom pipes fully, they tried to sell me on a $10k full basement tear up to solve problem. Called second opinion and problem solved for $350. Horton plumbing is a scam after new ownership.

  First time using Horton for plumbing but we’ll be calling them next time for sure! We had a sewer smell in the basement and weren’t sure the cause but Gavin and Jared came out and worked to correct the issue. We appreciated that they were quick, efficient, and transparent as they worked through the problem.

  I live in a condo and I wanted to have a full inspection on all of my plumbing. That could cause problems to me down the road. Brett from Horton plumbing was recommended to me through one of my neighbors. I called Horton Plumbing in Plymouth. I made an appointment for Brett to come out To give me a thorough inspection on my plumbing. He was very informative answered my questions. Explain to me how some of the plumbing works and what it’s for. Pointed out the good areas and also pointed out the areas of concern. I highly recommend Brett. Horton plumbing should be very appreciative that they have Brett working for them. He is definitely a good asset to their company I give Brett a plus 4 star. For the appointment that he had with me!!!!! Thank you again Brett Sincerely, Linda Kowal

  While the gentleman who provided the service were extremely polite, had overwhelming knowledge of the issue and genuinely wanted to help resolve the concern, the price I was quoted was absolutely absurd. With the price of the consultation being $140, I thought I might pay $50-$70 more than that. However, I was quoted $700 for what was going to be an hour and a half of work. I needed to turn the overflow in the tub around because it was initially installed upside down by the previous owner but the screws were stripped and I needed to have the bathtub spout caulked. To be fair, getting the two stripped screws out was going to require some work. But $700 worth? On what planet is that a fair price? Never calling Horton again. My sympathies for the two honest and upstanding guys who did their best to locate and resolve the problem. Those guys were great. The pricing was laughable.

  I bought an older condo and my contractor did not hook up the laundry tub and faucets correctly. I tried to do laundry for the first time and it leaked. One call to Horton’s fixed that. They sent Ron out for the repairs and he was incredible. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He put me at ease and fixed everything perfectly. Since I’m a first time homeowner I had a lot of questions and he went above and beyond helping me. I highly recommend Horton’s and especially Ron.
