  Sam and Ethan were both incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. They kept me informed the entire time they were at my home, providing updates and explaining the different solutions available. Their communication was excellent, and they made sure I understood everything every step of the way. I truly appreciated their honesty, expertise, and great customer service. I would highly recommend them!

  I have to give Sean Fritz at Horton Plumbing a AWESOME review. He arrived just like they said he would and perform the job completely and the cost was very fair. If I have to have more work done I will be calling Horton Plumbing to do the work. Thank you Sean.

  Technician came out to provide quote for plumbing services. He appeared annoyed to be there and I had to ask questions he should have proactively provided information on. He misdiagnosed part of my plumbing issue severely with his lack luster approach and quoted me for thousands in unneeded repairs. Thier service fee to have someone misdiagnosed your problem with a poor attitude is unacceptable. I do not recommend them for any services. I went with Benjamin Franklin Plumbers who did an amazing job for a fair price.

  We called Horton's Plumbing to diagnose a backed-up basement drain. After inspecting our pipes, we were shown a photo of a mineral blockage and that the only solution was to excavate our front yard and replace the piping system—for an estimated cost of $26,000. We were also told they would not use a drain snake or hydro jet because the mineral buildup could be holding the pipes together, and clearing it might cause the pipes to fail. That recommendation didn't sit right with us, so we sought additional opinions. We spoke with two plumbers we know, both of whom said it would be very unlikely that removing the mineral blockage would cause the pipes to come apart. We then hired another plumbing company, which successfully cleared the blockage with a drain snake at a small fraction of the cost. So far, everything has been working well. Based on our experience, I strongly encourage anyone facing a major plumbing recommendation to get a second opinion before committing to an expensive repair. We are very glad we did.

  I got really bad news about my pipes in my house and it's going to cost me a third of my yearly income to fix it. But the technician that was here was extremely nice. Explained everything to me. Told me why things need to be done and gave me as many of the best options as I could. If I was going to get this bad news from anyone this company was the best people to get it from.
