  Cumming Plumbing came out for backflow testing and discovered my backflow preventer was broken. The plumber on-site said it would be roughly $600 to replace it. He called HQ for an exact price, and then told me it would actually be $1390 for replacement. I was confused, and asked what had changed (e.g., a more expensive part?) and he said that was simply the price HQ decided on. Almost $1400 to replace a backflow preventer is VERY high. I had another plumbing company come out and replace it the same day for $575, and the job took 20 minutes. I would encourage Cumming to be more transparent in their price estimates.

  Not saying they did anything criminal, but $75 service charge and $90 labor minimum for a 5 minute fix. Got the job done but didn't love the double charge for what amounts to a very easy fix for a plumber.

  Very happy with the service from Cumming's. There was a water leak from an upstairs source into the ceiling of a the Family Room. John found the source right away (pipe solder joint) and made the repair in an hour. From the call for an appointment to the repair was quick also. Thanks John!!

  Brandon came out to replace a leaky valve. He listened to what I wanted and was professional while working on the job. I’m happy with the service provided and that the job was done quickly!
