  I’ve used Cummings for bi annual root maintenance and miscellaneous pipe work since 2012. I can attest to their transparent pricing, consultation and customer focused service. Today’s maintenance was done by Brandon who I remember from 2 years back. He is professional, offers clear explanations and takes the time to offer options for future considerations. I highly recommend Cummings for your plumbing needs!

  Make sure you get a quote from someone who isn’t a receptionist. The estimate I was told and planned for ended up being $200 less than the actual invoice. They told me the lady who gave me my pricing was just a receptionist. The trick worked. I won’t be back. Additionally, my house failed the Northville township mandated backflow test. The estimated pricing shared with me was after a service person came to my house and wrote up a service order for the needed repairs. This wasn’t a first phone call blind quote. I spoke with the receptionist at least 3 times. She was the representative of Cumming’s Plumbing to me. She did not identify herself as ‘just a receptionist’. Beware!

  Brandon came within the expected arrival time and completed the job promptly. He was professional and courteous to my wife, who was home at the time. The finished work looks great! Overall the process had good communication between the company and myself.

  I had two toilets and two sinks that needed repair. This company made the entire process so easy. When I called to make an appointment the woman who answered the phone (I’m afraid I forgot her name) was so helpful ans proffessional. She listened to me closely, gave me a general estimate range and scheduled a time for the plumber to come fix everything. Brandon gave me a call when he was on his way and arrived at the start of the two hour window. He was polite and got right to work. He had the parts he needed and was able to repair everything within two hours. The cost was much less than I anticipated. I could not be happier with my experience!
