  I continue to be grateful for Trusted Heating & Cooling Solutions - both at home and in my workplace. Their staff is professional, they are knowledgeable, and I really appreciate the time they take with their customers and the quality of their work.

  We had regular maintenance on our HVAC system. Being a part of the Top Gun Membership they offer is great because maintenance visits are covered and if you need parts they are discounted. The tech arrived early and was very professional. Thanks again for treating my family like family.

  Reached out on Thumbtack to a couple HVAC companies regarding a furnace inspection and cleaning. My request was short, clear, and specific, including multiple photos and the exact furnace model information. Trusted Heating & Cooling responded quickly, but it was obviously an automated bot response. They asked me to copy and paste the same information from my Thumbtack request back into a text message, even though all of the details were already provided in the original request. I don’t understand why customers are expected to repeat information that was already submitted. It felt impersonal and lazy, especially when the whole point of these platforms is to streamline communication. If a company wants to rely entirely on bots instead of actual human interaction, that’s their choice, but I’ll take my business elsewhere. If zero stars were an option, I’d use it.

  Got a water heater replacement along with liner and a couple other things and the guys jeff, fadhl, and devin did a great job. They were quick, efficient and professional.Answered all my questions and the price for everything was great. Thanks everyone for you hard work!

  Brian performed the spring maintenance on our Mitsubishi heat pump. He took his time to answer my questions and ensure everything was functioning as expected, including releveling the outdoor unit. In general, the Trusted Heating & Cooling Solutions staff is very knowledgeable and responsive. They provide excellent customer service.
