As we moved, we called them to assist in selection and installation of a generator. Dietzel performed well, no delays or excuses. We did have some delay with the gas utility company in re supply and meter(s). Dietzel worked diligently to assist resolving the roadblock to find the solution and approval to move forward. Always prompt in responding on email or telephone, and pleasant to work with.
