- MRMichelle Runyan2 days ago1.0I’ve had a dumpster through them at my business for 25 years. They cannot match a much better price I got from a competitor so when I ended my business through them now they want to charge me $150 for a pick up fee for their dumpster. Pretty pathetic on their end.

Had issues the week before as well... Also hearing from other neighbors how the lady hangs up alot when people call.

The most unprofessional and disrespectful behavior I’ve ever seen demonstrated by person in the commission of services I pay them for. Contemplating what steps I need to escalate this too honestly. Blown away. If I could leave less then 1 star I would!!!

- EDEric DonohueAug 10, 20261.0I'm giving this a 1 star, because when you call them to talk it's actually an American and does not take 30 mins like most. I would not recommend this company for trash service. We have had them now for 4 weeks and every week i have to call and complain to get them to actually pickup my trash. I usually have to call 2 to 3 times to get them to come pick it up. I have talk to my route supervisors and that did not help and I have talked to the general manager with no solution. Like I said, I would not recommend them to anyone.
