  I had some issues previously and called to express my frustration. The next week I noticed a huge improvement. Today I was late getting my trash out and they were kind enough to loop back and get me on their way back up the street (im on a corner). He didnt have to do this as it was my fault I was late putting it out but the extra step he took made my day! Thank you!!

  ★☆☆☆☆ — TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, QUESTIONABLE BILLING PRACTICES, AND HIDDEN FEES! If I could give Stephen Disposal ZERO stars, I absolutely would! After dealing with this company, I can confidently say this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Every single month, there's another ridiculous fee! Late fees, temporary disposal fees, monthly cardboard fees, and other unexpected charges that seem to appear out of nowhere. Their invoices arrive at inconsistent times, making it unnecessarily difficult to keep track of what we're actually being charged for. And don't even get me started on their customer service. When you call to question a charge or resolve a billing issue, good luck getting anyone willing to help. Their representatives have been rude, unprofessional, and have even hung up the phone instead of resolving the problem. Apparently, asking for an explanation of your own bill is too much to ask. What bothers me most is their handling of contract renewals. In my experience, services and agreements have been renewed without my clear knowledge or authorization. When I call to question or confirm these arrangements, I get conflicting answers and no accountability. A reputable company should provide transparent billing, consistent invoices, professional customer service, and clear communication about contract renewals. Stephen Disposal has repeatedly failed to meet those basic expectations. Enough is enough. We're done with Stephen Disposal. This will be our last time using their services. To other business owners: READ EVERY INVOICE, QUESTION EVERY UNEXPECTED FEE, AND REVIEW YOUR CONTRACT RENEWAL TERMS CAREFULLY. Don't assume your bill will be consistent or that customer service will help you resolve a dispute. My recommendation? Find another disposal company that respects its customers, communicates honestly, and doesn't make billing feel like a monthly guessing game. ZERO STARS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. ZERO STARS FOR BILLING TRANSPARENCY. NEVER AGAIN!

  Absolutely the Worst trash company we've ever had!!! Only had them for 2 months, missed more than half pickups but received no discount, no apologies for missed pickups, no resolution but a rude person on the phone. We've paid more for 2 months than we did for 6 months with previous company...sheisters with their billing.

  I have worked in the trades for years and I can say that I have never had a good experience with this company. I have heard about dishonesty in pricing and have experienced it first hand. In addition to that, the customer service provided as a whole, and by the women at the front desk, is terrible. Make sure when dealing with them that they have their information correct on their end as well. Check and double check. Or you will pay the price quit literally.

  Don't order the roll off dumpster here they are the worst then they will up charge you on every one after they take it. Don't order from them they are not nice and don't care about you. All they want it to up charge you after you already paid. I prepaid for everything they didn't even give me the money back just got mad at me on the phone and hung up. Then they charged my card as a signed purchase without my consent. No one was nice or understanding. If you value community service and transparency do not go here. They are lying to your face they told my mother in law no one goes over the limit I didn't go past the line then a day after they took it they tell me first thing in the morning it's going to me more threatened to call the police on me? For no reason. I told them go ahead am not breaking any laws. They then came and took the dumpster that I had already paid for without any form of reimbursement. They are very quick to reply to the Google reviews. They are trying to cover up bad management bad employees and bad policies. They are very shady business do not do business with them.
