  I moved back here 3 years ago. The house I bought came with a Generac Generator. Each annual service was done without issue. What really impressed me was how the company handled the loss of a field tech to retirement last year who was very knowledgeable, seasoned, and experienced. They mailed all their customers in early spring about the situation and promised they are doing EVERYTHING they can to fill in that gap ASAP. After decades dealing with large and small companies for different products and services, LA Bexton demonstrated a level of professionalism that is rarely seen today. Many companies try to ignore or downplay problems, and even worse, they ignore customers affected by those problems. LA Bexton took the responsibility to address the problems and convey it immediately to their entire customer base before the busy season. This level of leadership and responsibility echoes their level of service seen in nearly every review posted here. They got in front of the 8 ball instead of waiting for customer complaints forcing them to take action. They will take care of you with that same unprecedented level of service too!

  The crew just completed the install gor our generator. Very professional very neat and tidy. Crew was friendly they even put up with our 10+ year old Husky watching like he was the supervisor. Lol Great job. We would recommend them to anyone

  Lowest price for a grill tank fill up! They fill tanks completely and are always friendly. You would be a fool to go anywhere else#
