  Waylon was the tech who came out, fabulous guy. Fixed a few things to get our furnace and air conditioning working tip top again. I have old equipment but works great and didn’t try to upsell me to getting new which I very appreciate. Great service, highly recommend!

  Brian, who I dealt with was very knowledgeable and professional. He came out and inspected our air-conditioning issue and gave me a price which was not inexpensive, but I would rather go with a company that I have faith in and that does a follow up the same year, they have installed your unit. In my humble opinion, paying a little more for the security of knowing you are working with a reliable and well established company Is well worth it. I would highly recommend their service.

  Home Heating and Cooling Quote: Chris from Applegate Home Comfort was a very professional with his recommendation for our home. We’re planning on some home improvement projects investing in heating, cooling and insulation.   The technician, I believe his name was Ben, did a wonderful job and explained to me what tests, checks, etc. he was performing today. He was also kind enough to answer any questions I had about today’s service and any upcoming things to worry about. I really appreciated his candor and sharing of his knowledge while he was here. Keep up the good work!

  Repairman very respectful of property and left no trace he was even here except for working AC unit. BUT I had received a text from the home office the day before that he wasn't suspose to arrive until noon at the earliest. Now I don't sleep with my phone in the bedroom and had awaken minutes before his arrival at @ 10:30 and was pulling my jeans up and still had my nitegown on when he knocked on the door. IF I hadn't slept in, I had intended o go to the local grocery store. I wouldn't have been home . Anyways the service was excellant and we have used your company before and if need be we will use you again.
