- AZamar zarkarAug 14, 20261.0I am totally disappointed with the service yesterday the technician didn’t open the top of the unit to check if fan is off from motor or not , he checked other readings and recommended to replace the ac and furnace unit since it was 2007. And gave quotes for both Repair and Replace. I did want to have second opinion and asked other company to look into and he found blade was out from motor shaft and motor was Good so he took the blade out and is gona replace blade as motor is Good.
