  Joshua came in, saw what was needed to be done, got right after it, and now my caregiver and I can rest assured that we won't be dealing with carbon monoxide poisoning any longer. Joshua also looked at the front screen door, and did a little fix up, and left me ideas to further fix the issue. Extremely happy and satisfied.

  Dan did a really nice job painting. There are a couple of major drips, however. If we can have him come back out to fix those, we'll be all set. Edit: They guarantee their work, so Dan came back out to fix the drips at no charge. I'm very happy with the work he did, and plan on calling ACE again soon!

  Ace Hardware Rep Alan Tobias was great. He was very friendly. Knowledgeable and a professional. He installed cages ovr our 4 exterior exhaust vents to prevent birds building nest in them. Alan did an excellent job & they look great. I would use his services again & recommend him to neighbors and friends.

  They charge by time blocks so they take their sweet time. A simple dry wall job that i was told would take four hours in two days to complete dragged on for almost two weeks. Each day they would add more time and charged for very little work and say they had to come back to finish and add another worker to do texturing on the ceiling bc the first guy didn’t know how to. He told me he did before starting the job. Kind of a basic skill for a drywall expert. They also expected payment for each time block right away, not after the job was done. They considered texturing and painting separate jobs that needed more time added. What work they did do looked unprofessional. I could’ve done a better job and I guess I’ll have to. I had to tell them not to come back. Paid $1000 and would’ve ended up paying a lot more at the rate they were working. The job was left unfinished
