  We have a 1952 slab‑on‑grade house with a failed cold‑water supply line under the slab feeding the kitchen. We did not want slab demolition or excavation if possible, and specifically was looking for someone who has handled older copper failures, slab bypasses, and PEX reroutes in mid‑century homes. We called and spoke with several plumbing companies. However when Edward came out to evaluate our situation, he was the only one who was familiar how to handle our plumbing issues - as an experienced technician with Plumbing Techs of Michigan. He understood the scope of this situation and discussed a solution and resolved it - without any demolition! Kudos to Edward and Michael who did a fantastic job to cap and abandon the failed under‑slab line and reroute new PEX line through an accessible path, all minimally invasive! We never used this company before and highly recommend them following this experience. And we learned they have expertise in all plumbing issues, so we hope we don’t have to … but will definitely call PLUMBING TECHS in the future.
