  I had called several door companies and all of them were inconsistent with getting back to me or actually showing up. I'm at Ted through a community function on a Saturday and he was over here Monday night after he got off work and got me an estimate within 48 hours. I went with the camera belt driven lifters for two of my garage doors and the pricing was where it needed to be. They were here within a week to install both units they also took my old usable unit and put it on a back garage door so I now have three functioning garage doors for the first time since I bought my house 6 years ago. Darren the installer was amazing on time and everything from his wiring to his trim and seals is absolutely perfect. He suggested I put the used one on the back door so thanks to him all of my doors have openers now and I couldn't be happier. It's hard to find that kind of care and customer service with these days for sure. Absolutely amazing people to work with their pricing was great as well and the openers are top notch. Thank you guys again for taking care of me.

  Darren was absolutely fantastic, worked with us and our schedule, and gave us much insight about our garage door and fixed what needed to be done. We will be certainly giving him a call if need in the future!

  WOW Will is an amazing service technician!! Before our garage door barely opened without clunking, banging and getting stuck halfway open. Will diagnosed and adjusted the rails, opener and reset everything and literally got us back on track quickly!! What an experienced and awesome technician! We will forever be using Midwest Door & Window !! Thank you Will, you’re the MAN!!
