Darren did an exceptional job installing a new spring on our garage door. He was professional, knowledgeable and efficient, and went above and beyond by adjusting other parts of the garage door opener to ensure everything worked smoothly. We truly appreciate the extra care Darren took. Highly recommend Midwest doors and Darren.

Midwest Door & Window recently replaced our garage door opener, and we had a fantastic customer experience. The inquiry and quoting process was very seamless with transparent pricing. They were able to schedule an appointment within a few days. The technicians showed up right at the beginning of the two-hour window we were told and finished the job surprisingly quickly. The lead technician was nice and clearly knowledgeable about all things garage doors. He took the time to educate us about what likely went wrong with our existing motor and taught us how to operate our new unit. Very thorough instruction. Great experience and final result!

Great service- Will was friendly, professional, and had our garage door working again in no time by replacing the cable. Will definitely use them again!
