  My husband and I had our dream home built, and Betsy from KSI Northville was a huge part of making our vision come to life. From helping us select the right cabinets and knobs for each room, Betsy truly listened to what we wanted and made sure every detail was just right. She even offered to come to our home to help me make sure the knobs were placed in the perfect position. That level of personal attention and care meant so much to me. If you have the opportunity to work with Betsy, do it! She will hold your hand through the entire process, listen to your ideas, and make sure you feel confident in your selections. I couldn't have asked for a better person to help bring our dream home together!

  The team was very professional and efficient. They straightened/cleaned up everyday so I did not have to deal with debri and tools everywhere. I was informed weekly throughout the entire project.Would highly recommend.

  Kitchen is esthetically pleasing. Why we are giving it a 3 star. We have received so many compliments on how wonderful it looks. The heavy pit in our stomach that we were left with is disappointing. We decided to opt out of having permits pulled due to the horror stories we had heard from residents in our city. A Decision we fully regret now. We would recommend anyone who works with KSI for their renovations, to pull the permits to have piece of mind at the end of the project. Our kitchen renovation involved placing cabinets on a wall that held a supply vent. We were told in the design process that the vent could be relocated under the cabinet through the baseboard. Fast forward to nearing the end of the renovation (which took way longer than anticipated. Many, many, many days of no one showing up to do work), we asked about the vent, told oh yes we can still relocate the vent. The so called "vent relocation" was simply cutting a hole on the front of the baseboard, which was done very poorly and putting a vent cover on it. Included photo to show the work. The vent is still covered by the back of the cabinet as shown in photo. Not sure how they can say thats a vent relocation. I call it covering up a vent. So now we are left wondeing where else corners were cut and done wrong as we encountered an electrical issue that took multiple returns to fix and suggested we caused the electrical issue. So was that correctly solved? Moral of The story, if working with KSI to pull permits. To reasure us after this incident that things were done correctly, we were reminded multiple times about the 3 yr warranty and that typically if something goes wrong, it happens within that time frame. Very reassuring.

  We had a great experience with KSI. Jamie was extremely knowledgeable, and patient with all of our questions. She kept us informed of the process and next steps and timing. We love our new bathroom cabinets!
